Solihull College IT Block

New 3 story IT block at Solihull college with traditional Plantroom located on 3rd floor serving radiators and AHUS.

X3 toilet blocks with point of use water heaters.

We also installed new heating radiant panels in a new 50mtr refectory in the existing building installing the panels with the pitch of the roof feed from the existing system, with an additional AHU at high level.

Contract Duration = 4 months.
